Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Developer to develop, configure, and support software and integrations, collaborating with internal and external teams to implement new functionality.

You will design solutions, lead sessions, and perform complex builds while mentoring teammates. A strong background in Epic integrations and Healthcare IT is required, with a readiness for a competency assessment before interviews. This is a 100% remote role with nationwide travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science, or a combination of college education and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in similar or relevant role.
• Epic Experience required.
• Experience building integration between external systems/applications with Epic.
• Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
• Competency assessment required before team interview.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support software and/or integrations per design specifications.
• Deeply understand aligned products, integrations, or software with OCHIN systems.
• Lead sessions with members, vendors, and staff to design application solutions.
• Perform complex build and configuration to deliver development.
• Provide mentorship and training to team members on technical design and system enhancements.
• Additional duties as assigned.
