Job summary

OCHIN is seeking a Manager of Epic Inpatient Clinical Applications to oversee projects, budgets, and deployment quality for Epic-based inpatient modules. The role requires strong leadership, Epic certifications, and extensive experience to drive improvements across members and staff.

The position is fully remote, offers a comprehensive benefits package, and supports a national footprint across 46 states. Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Epic certification in at least one to two applications is required.
• Epic certifications: Bugsy, Stork, ASAP, OpTime, Anesthesia, Willow - Inpatient, Willow Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar or relevant role; 8 years desired.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; Access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new staff in a methodical, measured manner.
• Track and measure department, project, and individual performance goals.
• Review ticket metrics and ensure SLAs are met and assignments current.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts to maintain the Epic Inpatient Clinical Applications.
• Coordinate with other Managers to align support and services.
