Job summary

JLL in Washington, DC is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex commercial interior construction for a financial services client, overseeing projects from inception through closeout and ensuring schedules, budgets and quality standards are met.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, travel as needed, and bring 4–6 years of PM experience plus a PMP or strong PM fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management).
• 4–6 years of project management experience in real estate, architecture or construction.
• Proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Projects, Bluebeam).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility commercial interior construction projects from inception to closeout.
• Manage client goals, schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and vendors.
• Develop master schedules, monitor progress and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost forecasts.
• Implement robust quality control and continuous improvement initiatives.
