Job summary

JLL is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead client-driven projects in real estate development and facilities. You will define goals, budgets and schedules, build rapport with clients, and guide design through construction documentation and signoff.

Travel to project sites is expected as needed. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in a similar position, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or Master’s in Engineering, Architecture, or similar preferred.
• 2–5 years as SPM or similar role.
• Travel required for project site visits.
• Ability to regularly communicate analysed data to client and team.
• Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with executive level clients and internal teams.
• Face to face and/or remote daily interaction is usually required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project specific goals, budgets, schedules and key assumptions.
• Establish and maintain goals and success criteria for client needs.
• Build rapport with client representatives and clarify deliverables.
• Coordinate due diligence and maintain all relevant documentation.
• Develop a detailed project budget based on historical and market data.
• Act as the primary senior level client contact throughout the project.
• Guide design implementation from concept to construction documentation and signoff.
• Maintain Master Project Schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare RFVs for vendor and contractor services and manage selection.
• Develop procedures for distribution, receipt, opening, leveling and award of projects.
• Lead critical project meetings with stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
