Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to provide reliable, timely, and professional support for day-to-day project management activities across multiple projects. The role involves coordinating internal and external stakeholders and employing independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and manage a diverse workload.

Position is remote with proximity to projects in North Carolina and weekly site visits. Ideal candidate has 3–5 years of construction or real estate experience, strong communication skills,

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare and track budgets.
• Understanding of technical requirements for relocation, construction, and renovation projects.
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture/space planning concepts is a plus.
• Ability to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with architects, contractors, and project teams.
• Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Experience in construction management or real estate preferred.
• Experience with financial institutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments.
• Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.
• Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential risk and budget/scope.
• Coordinate and track all Vendor Requests For Proposals (RFPs).
• Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
• Track project performance against schedules and critical path.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and relocation of technical functions.
• Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Assist the Local Project Development Services team in meeting AGM targets regionally and nationally.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Project Development Services technology used on projects.
• Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
