Job summary

JLL is seeking a Remote Project Manager in Project & Development Services (PDS) to support a technology client's portfolio of corporate interiors and base building projects. You will drive delivery by managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in CRE or capital projects, strong PM fundamentals, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, construction, workplace, or capital projects.
• Working knowledge of project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change management).
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management, including in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and comfort learning project systems.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through closeout (interiors and base building).
• Partner with client stakeholders to confirm requirements and drive timely decisions.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, action logs, and deliverables to keep teams aligned.
• Track budget, schedule, and scope; identify risks and support mitigation planning.
• Coordinate vendors and consultants with remote oversight and onsite support as needed.
• Support procurement and project documentation (RFPs, bid comparisons, minutes, change docs).
• Support closeout activities including punch lists and turnover reporting.
