The Project Manager – Business Process Transformation will lead cross-functional teams, design and implement cloud-based solutions, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives. This fully remote role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and experience with waterfall and agile methods.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years Project Management experience delivering solutions using waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP/MSP certification a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and JIRA; experience with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams on business process transformation projects.
• Create and manage project plans; monitor progress and adjust schedules.
• Manage day-to-day execution of project work streams and coordinate status updates.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; develop risk mitigation plans.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and outcomes.
