Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, lifecycle processing, data management, or related role.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and integrated systems; experience supporting reporting/audits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute employee lifecycle transactions with high accuracy (hires, changes, compensation updates, terminations).
• Ensure lifecycle actions are processed within defined timelines per policies, controls, and audits.
• Validate inputs proactively to prevent incorrect data from downstream systems.
