• Bachelor’s degree required; 4–10 years of PM experience with waterfall and agile methodologies.

• PMP or MSP certification a plus; highly organized with strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams on business process transformation projects across the enterprise.
• Create and manage project plans; monitor progress and adjust schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution and document status updates for stakeholders.
• Use data to generate insights that influence focus areas and decision making.
• Coordinate project meetings and produce post-meeting materials.
• Identify/mitigate risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Drive process improvements and align resources with budgets and plans.
• Collaborate across business units to balance demands and logistics.
• Provide administrative support for meetings and workshops as needed.
• Provide regular status updates and uphold Paylocity Core Values.
