The Project Manager, Release Operations, will ensure smooth release processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and train frontline staff for upcoming changes—while maintaining clear client communications.

This fully remote role requires reliable availability five days per week across U.S. business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 years experience in change management or equivalent leading cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure defined process maps are followed and executed effectively.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology and Operations to manage release activities.
• Track and report on release readiness, execution progress, and post-release outcomes.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies that may impact release success.
• Assess the impact of upcoming releases on frontline teams and ensure client readiness.
• Coordinate UAT efforts and develop client-facing readiness materials.
• Act as liaison between technical and non-technical teams for client transitions.
