Job summary

Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, seeks a Client Project Manager in the U.S. Fully remote (U.S. only) with travel up to 25% and must be in the Central Time Zone.

You will own and execute critical projects for Paylocity’s largest clients, coordinating with Client Services and internal teams. The role requires 5–7 years in project management or technical account management, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience required.
• 5-7 years project management or technical account management experience required.
• Previous client services & client-facing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, develop project plans, and track progress.
• Gain an understanding of client challenges and map Paylocity features to address needs.
• Resolve operational issues impacting system usage for clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to meet project timelines.
• Travel to client sites up to 25%.
