Job summary

The role requires coordinating teams, managing resources, monitoring budgets and timelines, and ensuring objectives are met within scope and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, and challenges.
• Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and operational requirements.
• Identify issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate virtual meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, reports, and records.
• Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and business requirements.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and priorities.
• Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, team members, vendors, and management.
