Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in PM tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Define objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Develop plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional remote teams to meet deadlines.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational needs.
• Maintain documentation, schedules, and records.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
• Facilitate virtual meetings and stakeholder discussions.
