Job summary

True Rx Health Strategists is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex initiatives from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are met. The role focuses on execution excellence, day-to-day coordination, and clear stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience managing projects in professional settings, with knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing projects in a professional environment.
• End-to-end project management from planning through closure.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to influence project team members without direct authority.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) preferred.
• Familiarity with sprint planning, storyboards, and backlog refinement.
• PMP or similar certifications are a plus.
• Healthcare or PBM industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects through the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and tasks.
• Track progress and ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Lead project meetings; document and follow up on actions.
• Adjust timelines as priorities shift and communicate impacts.
• Close projects with documentation, handoff, and lessons learned.
• Document general business requirements provided by stakeholders.
