AtkinsRéalis in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking a Senior Project Engineer-Remote to lead multi-disciplinary engineering efforts within the Commercial Nuclear organization. You will oversee system-level design execution and coordinate across engineering and procurement to ensure timely deliverables.

The role requires a minimum 7 years of relevant experience in nuclear or related sectors, a Bachelor's in engineering, and the ability to work independently in a remote, matrix environment while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; minimum 7 years of relevant experience in project engineering/controls.
• Experience in the nuclear industry desirable.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, matrix environment with strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to track multiple deliverables.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility under 10 CFR Part 810e.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Programs and Projects within Commercial Nuclear using standard processes.
• Lead system-level design work within delegated authority and integrate contributions from engineers.
• Coordinate engineering activities across disciplines and maintain deliverables registers.
• Mentor junior colleagues and perform quality reviews of work.
• Ensure timely circulation, review, and issuance of deliverables and manage interfaces.
