Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to contribute to nuclear and commercial energy projects from a fully remote capacity while aligning with our Oak Ridge, TN office. You will lead design, analysis, and implementation of complex electrical systems and ensure regulatory compliance across multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s in electrical engineering with 7+ years of experience, nuclear exposure, and a PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Nuclear industry experience desired; PE license highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
• Lead design and analysis of safety and non-safety electrical systems for nuclear and commercial projects.
• Interface with mechanical, nuclear, operations, and electrical teams for integrated design.
