Volt is hiring a Project Coordinator for a remote-based role within the USA. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support forecasting, revenue tracking, and order management.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in service order administration, strong Office365 skills, and proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and ERP systems. A fast-paced, detail-oriented multitasker will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

2–3 years of relevant work experience in service order administration.
Proficient in Office365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), Clearview, SAP, Acrobat, Salesforce (bFO).
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with multiple team members, support hybrid, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
Manage orders, schedule, scope, and project coordination with PMO skills.
Analyze revenue data from Oracle, SAP, BFS, and other systems for revenue recognition.
Coordinate with Order Entry, Scheduling, and Invoicing teams.
Support work orders with Power Services, Warranty, and Advanced Software teams.
Participate in weekly operational meetings to discuss backlog, forecast, and WIP.
