Job summary

Commure is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Revenue-Cycle Management focus team. You will design critical business processes across Product, Eng, Operations, Sales, and Account Management with end-to-end ownership for onboarding and metrics.

This high-visibility role requires 3-5 years in SaaS/consulting, strong SQL and Excel, and a talent for cross-functional collaboration. Remote within the United States with some travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company.
• Experience with SQL and Excel to analyze and optimize processes.
• Strong ability to interact with customers and manage projects.
• Track record of delivering value through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive client growth through operational optimization and new growth initiatives.
• Drive operational metrics such as process throughput and defect rate.
• Focus on account management and cross-functional initiatives.
• Own day-to-day management of accounts and escalate issues as needed.
• Develop and standardize internal processes, reporting and training as we scale.
• Ensure timely execution of essential operations projects.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Billing, Account Management and other teams.
• Design and implement scalable systems and processes.
• Break down complex business problems and own outcomes.
• Be the primary contact for 12+ accounts representing $1M+ ARR.
• Travel 10-20% as required.
