Job summary

Microvast, a Houston-based leader in lithium-ion battery solutions, seeks a Revenue Operations Coordinator to support the Chief Revenue Officer and global revenue org. You will manage calendars, prepare briefing materials, and coordinate cross-functional activities spanning BD, Sales, OEM, Services and Product Marketing.

You will maintain CRM/ERP data discipline, generate reports and dashboards, and ensure data quality while coordinating with global teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in executive assistance, commercial coordination, sales operations or revenue operations.
• Experience supporting a senior executive across multiple functions, locations and time zones.
• CRM and ERP systems experience; manufacturing, automotive OEMs, batteries, energy storage or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CRO's calendar, priorities and travel across global time zones.
• Prepare daily and weekly summaries, decision lists and briefing materials for the CRO.
• Route requests to revenue leaders; escalate urgent customer, backlog, service, cash or delivery risks.
• Coordinate travel, events and administrative logistics.
• Maintain master revenue calendar and track cross-functional dependencies and actions.
