Job summary

Prime Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the construction project management team. You will support project managers, oversee administrative tasks, coordinate resources, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project success.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage schedules and budgets, and experience in construction project coordination. Travel to project sites may be required as part of on-site support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s in Construction Management preferred.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience as a Project Coordinator or in project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in preparing detailed action plans with resources, timeframes and budgets.
• Coordinate tasks, scheduling, and risk management; maintain project documentation and financial queries.
• Attend client meetings and travel to project sites as needed for visits and on-site support.
• Solicit subcontractors and qualify bids; establish project scope and completion requirements.
• Determine staffing, material, and equipment needs; ensure materials/equipment onsite before start.
• Create job codes in accounting system; enter estimated expenses and revenue.
