Talentify in Arlington, VA seeks a Project Coordinator I to support high-volume recruiting operations. You will manage workflows, coordinate interview logistics, and serve as a key contact for internal stakeholders and candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environments.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Previous experience as a recruiting or project coordinator handling high-volume operations.
• Experience in logistics coordination supporting recruiting or HR programs.
• Experience building and maintaining operational dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Familiarity with QA activities like audits, data validation, and compliance checks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational workflows and service requests through ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs and maintaining data accuracy.
• Coordinate end-to-end program logistics for interviewing and hiring across multiple units and regions.
• Create, update, and maintain reporting mechanisms such as dashboards and monthly inputs for leadership visibility.
• Develop and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and automate where possible.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned programs, guiding processes and systems.
• Conduct quality assurance activities including audits and data validation to ensure compliance.
• Support high-volume recruiting coordination with accurate scheduling and communication.
• Track progress and dependencies using project coordination practices to ensure delivery of HR programs.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to recruiting and HR teams, including documentation and data entry.
