Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting LLC in McLean, VA seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Project Specialist to support Talent, Systems & Data, and Intern Programs. You will manage onboarding decks, track workstreams, and assist post-close integrations.

Responsibilities include reporting, Workday/Lever data maintenance, and high-volume interview scheduling across time zones, with a strong emphasis on detail and stakeholder communication. On-site 3 days/week required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant coordination experience in recruiting or human resources.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel in particular.
• Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights for leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ATS experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to be on-site at McLean, VA office at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage special projects for the Talent team including onboarding decks and interview training.
• Support VP of Talent with cross-team initiatives and reporting on team production.
• Support talent acquisitions post-close, including system setup and process design.
• Create recruiting reports, distribute weekly activity updates, and maintain data in Workday and Lever.
• Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones and service lines.
• Oversee intern program management from intake to onboarding and feedback.
• Coach and mentor coordinators on systems, processes, and escalation paths.
