Job summary

Cambium Assessment, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Management team in delivering statewide assessment programs. You will oversee tasks from the Program Manager, coordinate on-site and virtual meetings, prepare materials, and help track deliverables.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, with occasional travel up to 20% per quarter. Mountain Time hours preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Acute attention to detail and strong work ethic are expected.
• Experience with MS Office applications and Google Suite is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20% per quarter.
• Experience supporting project management and client-facing teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support for the program manager and project team members to ensure deliverables are communicated, tracked, and completed on time.
• Provides on-site and virtual meeting support, including preparation of materials and attendance for client site meetings.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with state staff and educators and manage inquiries.
• Prepares expense vouchers, travel reimbursements and invoices and submits to CBO.
• Updates ancillary documentation and support materials for customers such as user guides and brochures.
• Organizes meeting agendas, minutes, issues logs, and project management artifacts.
• Assists with software user acceptance testing and feedback tracking with internal teams.
• Liaises with Help Desk to coordinate responses to routine and complex cases.
• Assists with production of reports, presentations, proposals, and meeting materials.
