This role serves as a point of coordination for department initiatives, helping ensure projects stay organized and aligned with objectives.

This full-time position offers remote eligibility, a 40 hour work week, and a salary range of $68,000 to $78,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive view of department projects including milestones and risks.
• Develop dashboards, schedules, reports, and tracking tools for leadership.
• Schedule meetings, document decisions, and track action items.
• Monitor budgets, vendor expenditures, and procurement activities.
• Identify risks and communicate issues to leadership.
• Support process improvements and department operating practices.
