Celerity Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Analyst to support Technical Project Managers, driving day-to-day execution. This hands-on role focuses on Jira and Confluence administration, reporting, and coordination to keep implementations on track while delivering timely, accurate information for decision makers.

You will coordinate across technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients; manage schedules, action items, risk and dependency tracking, and contribute

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst or similar role supporting technology projects.
• Hands-on Jira administration: workflows, boards, custom fields, permissions, JQL.
• Strong Confluence knowledge: spaces, templates, documentation structure.
• Ability to build reports and dashboards from Jira (JQL, gadgets).
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for stakeholder-ready presentations.
• Solid PM fundamentals: timelines, RAID logs, status reporting, milestones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, highly organized, detail-oriented.
• MS Office proficiency: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Set up and maintain Jira projects, boards, workflows, fields, and permissions.
• Create and maintain Confluence spaces, pages, templates, and project docs.
• Ensure Jira data integrity; clean up tickets and enforce conventions.
• Manage user access and project configurations with IT collaboration.
• Troubleshoot Jira/Confluence issues for project teams.
• Support PM with scheduling, meetings, agendas, and minutes.
• Track actions, follow up with owners, and monitor dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between technical teams and clients.
• Support change management and UAT activities; onboard new users.
