Job summary

American Heart Association is actively seeking a Project Coordinator in the Quality, Outcome Research, & Analytics (QORA) department. This full-time, benefits-eligible, grant-funded position can be home-based.

The role supports day-to-day project operations, documentation, and coordination across multiple stakeholders in a dynamic research environment. Responsibilities include managing meetings, timelines, reports, and communications, along with contract and grant administration tasks.

Qualifications

• Administrative coordination experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of initiatives, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and maintaining project documentation.
• Develop and maintain information in project tracking systems and databases.
• Handle invoices, budgets, and grant administration efforts.
