Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Project Coordinator – Franchise Development to support franchisee setup and transaction tracking across new store builds, owner changes, remodels, and closures. You will help with account creation, project tracking, and vendor onboarding in Salesforce and other systems.

Successful candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in mobile/wireless, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in a relevant field (Mobile/Wireless).
• Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up new accounts and contacts in Salesforce.
• Create initial project tracking structure in project software.
• Manage user profiles for vendors and internal systems.
• Process onboarding and offboarding in Salesforce and other systems.
• Prepare store opening press releases and project docs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and CPR teams.
