Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Franchise Enablement Coordinator to support franchise system growth and compliance from our Madison, NJ location. This onsite role is 5 days a week on a 3-month W2 contract with benefits and potential extension.

You will coordinate recruiting program operations, monitor inquiries, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Brand, and IT teams to ensure smooth processes and strict adherence to requirements.

Our client,a leading real estate company,is hiring aFranchise Enablement Coordinator in Madison, New Jersey!This is onsite 5 days a week

In this role, you will supportFranchise System Growthand compliance bycoordinating recruiting program operations and franchise compliance activities.You’ll alsowork cross-functionally with internal stakeholdersto deliver high-quality service, manage high-volume workflows, support contract-related processes, and uphold compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruiting program intake, includingmonitoring shared inbox and responding to franchise inquiries and submission
• Support compliance processes, including compliance of domestic and international watch lists
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Brand teams, and IT tosupport initiatives and resolve issues
• Maintain strong attention to detail across high-volume administrative and compliance workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, franchise support, compliance, contract administration, or related field
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office and experience with CRM or contract management systems
• Experience withdata analysis or reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
