Job summary

We Insure Group seeks a detail-oriented Coordinator, Markets & Franchise Success to support franchise onboarding, events, and cross-functional activities. You will manage onboarding communications, scheduling, and materials while ensuring a positive first impression for new partners.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and comfort working with CRM and scheduling tools in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of administrative, coordination, or customer service experience.
• Experience in insurance, franchise, or franchise-support environments is a plus.
• Experience coordinating events, meetings, or logistics.
• Experience using CRM, project management, or scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new franchise partners and maintain records.
• Provide general admin support to the Markets team and schedule franchise calls.
• Assist with logistics for franchise and carrier events and the annual kickoff.
• Prepare mailings, materials, and communications for onboarding and events.
