We Insure Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Coordinator, Markets & Franchise Success. You will manage onboarding communications, schedule calls, and prepare onboarding materials, while supporting franchise events and logistics.

A strong administrative foundation and customer-service mindset help you thrive in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment. Reporting to the VP of Markets and Franchise Success, you’ll ensure accurate records, timely follow-ups, and consistent vendor collaboration.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or customer service role.
• Preferred: insurance, franchise, or franchise support experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new franchise partners, including schedules and packets.
• Provide general administrative support to the Markets team (calendaring, correspondence, document prep).
• Schedule franchise calls and manage logistics for team communications.
• Coordinate event logistics for franchise and carrier events and support annual kickoff planning.
• Prepare franchise-facing mailings and manage inventory of gifts and materials.
