NV5 is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Clean Mobility Infrastructure team. The role supports two Project Managers with onboarding tasks, PO management, project setup, and financial reporting, while coordinating with Field Engineers and clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field preferred.
• Project Coordinating experience within engineering preferred.
• Ability to track and complete project work under accelerated schedules.

Responsabilités

• Keep track of documentation requirements and upload technical drawings and reports for Project Managers and Electrical Field Engineers.
• Audit Field deliverables for projects and follow-up to ensure completeness of deliverables.
• Maintain a high level of communication with project teams and externally to the client, via written and verbal updates.
