MN8 Energy, Inc. is seeking an EV Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of EV projects across the USA. The role focuses on engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning support, and software deployment coordination in a dynamic market.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, in-field construction experience a plus, and readiness to travel. Must be a US citizen or permanent resident and able to work from Boca Raton, FL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management across multi-disciplinary, multi-site scopes.
• In-field construction management experience is a plus.
• Experience running multiple small projects concurrently.
• US citizen or permanent resident status.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Development, construction and Portfolio Management to develop and implement EV projects.
• Manage delivery processes for projects in the USA across engineering, procurement, construction and software deployment.
• Ensure proper team engagement including contract understanding and translating to deliverables.
• Implement project management best practices, control systems, risk and cost management.
• Track milestones, develop project plans, and produce progress reports and presentations.
