For our client, we are seeking a EV Fleet Facilities Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee nationwide program management for EV charging facility initiatives, with a focus on pre-construction planning, site diligence, and execution across multiple stakeholders. The position requires strong coordination across business functions to translate strategic requirements into infrastructure solutions that support scalable deployment. You will also help shape executive-level business cases and drive alignment between portfolio strategy, facility needs, and program delivery.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management for the EV charging program, including implementation and pre-construction activities nationwide
• Manage vendor owned, vendor operated, and charging-as-a-service projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy
