Job summary

NV5 is seeking a Project Coordinator to support two Project Managers with onboarding tasks, purchase order management, and project setup. The role spans multiple projects, including weekly financial reporting, document collection, and Avetta safety compliance support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating projects within an engineering setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from setup to closure for engineers and inspectors.
• Manage projects in client portals and NV5 internal systems.
• Track documentation and reports for project managers and engineers.
• Audit field deliverables and ensure completeness.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication with teams and clients.
• Collaborate across teams nationwide using PM tools.
• Attend internal and external project meetings as directed.
• Organize folders and onboarding tasks in trackers and with accounting.
• Facilitate client meetings with support from project managers.
• Dispatch forensic engineer work orders as directed.
• Disseminate information to team members in a timely manner.
• Track deliverables and flag item status to stakeholders.
