Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an experienced Project Manager for EV infrastructure in the United States. You will lead a growing team delivering multi-site EV charging projects from feasibility through construction, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining client relationships.

You will mentor staff, refine PM processes, and collaborate with business development to expand the practice into battery energy storage and utility infrastructure, enabling sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years managing engineering, infrastructure, energy, utility, or EV projects.
• 4+ years of direct project management responsibility including scope, schedule, budget, invoicing and client communication.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design, permitting, and construction support.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of an established project team and manage client relationships.
• Oversee EV charging infrastructure projects and multi-site programs from feasibility to construction support.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing updates on scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, profitability, invoicing, change requests, and resources.
• Coordinate internal and external teams across environmental, surveying, geotechnical, electrical, and other disciplines.
• Mentor staff, delegate responsibilities, and ensure quality and schedule performance.
• Partner with business development to identify opportunities, develop scopes and fee estimates, and onboard clients.
• Develop scalable PM processes and expand into related energy markets including BESS and utility infrastructure.
