Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of real estate project management experience in EV charging facilities.
• Expertise in business relationship management across divisions.
• Experience leading large-scale real estate projects valued at $20M or more.
• Strong project delivery and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management for the EV charging program, including implementation and pre-construction activities nationwide.
• Manage vendor owned, vendor operated, and charging-as-a-service projects in line with business strategy.
• Translate program requirements from cross-functional teams into infrastructure needs for partners.
• Conduct due diligence, including site selection and permitting investigations, adapting to scope changes.
• Synthesize and present executive-level business cases addressing infrastructure and technology considerations.
• Build trusted relationships across divisions to ensure alignment with investment and portfolio strategies.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver successful projects and implement performance metrics for facility management.
