Capstone Americas is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support delivery of high-profile retail construction projects. This remote role will support Project Managers across the United States, handling coordination, documentation, and communications with clients and vendors.

You will manage purchase orders, change orders, and project documentation, while maintaining trackers and records. This is an early-stage opportunity with growth potential in a nationwide, fully remote team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting construction projects, preferably with general contractor or Owner's Representative background.
• Strong ability to manage purchase orders, change orders and related documentation.
• Understanding of construction project processes, financial administration and document control.
• Experience using PM software such as PMWeb and/or Procore.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.
• Manage purchase orders, change orders, change management workflows, and associated project documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records, trackers, reports, and document control systems.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure efficient communication and project delivery.
