Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a remote Project Coordinator to support fixture installation projects across new stores, remodels, and expansions. You will act as the primary contact for assigned projects, liaising with Field Management, corporate departments, and vendors to keep timelines and expectations aligned.

The role requires 1+ years of project coordination in construction or retail, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple scopes with agility.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of project coordination experience in a construction or retail environment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Confidently able to manage multiple projects and scopes, while being able to pivot quickly as needs arise or scopes evolve.

Responsibilities

• Provides support of all fixture installation projects, interfacing with Field Management, corporate departments and vendors.
• Maintains a high level of internal customer service and tracks all project information, details, and revisions.
• Monitors and follows up on all project action items as assigned.
