Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a remote Project Coordinator to support fixture installation projects across new stores, remodels, and expansions. You will act as the primary contact for assigned projects, liaising with Field Management, corporate departments, and vendors to keep timelines and expectations aligned.

The role requires 1+ years of project coordination in construction or retail, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple scopes with agility.

• Maintains a high level of internal customer service and tracks all project information, details, and revisions.

Location: REMOTE - CST or EST but looking for candidates with schedule flexibility

Duration: 1 year contract - conversion or extension after that

MUST HAVES

DAY TO DAY

Provides support of all fixture installation projects, (e.g. New stores, remodels, special projects, expansions, and new depts.) Serves as the point of contact on all projects as assigned, interfacing with Field Management, various Corporate Departments, and vendors. As a point of contact, always maintains a high level of internal Customer Service. Responsible for tracking and communicating all project information, details, and revisions. Responsible for the monitoring and follow-up of all project action items as assigned.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
