Turner & Townsend is seeking a Temp Project Coordinator to support the project management team on national AV hardware upgrade projects for a financial services client. The role is a temporary contract-to-hire with remote work and periodic reporting to the Tampa, FL office.

You will assist with documentation, invoicing, change orders, scheduling, contract administration, and data entry in project management tools, ensuring on-time delivery and financial reconciliation.

Qualificações

• Experience with Audio Visual and/or IT hardware installation projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate communication between clients and IT units as the project liaison.
• Process documentation for project commitments and manage invoices.
• Coordinate change orders, meetings, and scheduling across teams.
• Assist with contract administration and tender related activities.
• Enter project data into project management tools and monitor progress.
• Support project closeout activities and financial reconciliations.
• Coordinate AV hardware installations for offices and conference rooms.
