Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to deliver IT infrastructure projects and AV upgrades for corporate offices nationwide. You will lead project management activities from initiation through closeout, interface with clients, define scope, budget, and schedules, and mentor the delivery team.

The role requires 5–8 years of IT construction experience, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or CCM preferred.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered
• IT construction experience in network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, AV, security access and monitoring
• Ability to read architectural drawings and understand leases, contracts and construction practices
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closeout
• Interface directly with clients to define scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality, and risk
• Document IT requirements and collaborate with teams to define technology solutions
• Define resources and conduct RFx processes, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations
• Maintain project governance, data integrity, and documentation
• Lead the project delivery team, including architects, engineers, and contractors with mentorship
• Develop action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report variances
• Identify threats and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans
