You will bridge creative ideas and technical execution, maintain schedule momentum, organize project documentation, and keep cross-functional tasks on schedule. Strong organizational skills and PM tool experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Management: Monitor daily tasks, track timelines, and update project management software to keep deliverables moving toward completion.
• Team Facilitation: Coordinate communications between creative, technical, and strategy teams to resolve bottlenecks and clarify task briefs.
• Documentation & Assets: Organize project folders, store creative files, and maintain accurate logs of project milestones and assets.
• Quality & Review Checks: Audit incoming deliverables for compliance with client briefs, formatting guidelines, and quality benchmarks before final submission.
• Schedule & Deadline Tracking: Anticipate potential delays, flag scheduling conflicts early, and adjust timelines in response to changing project scope.
• Client & Leader Briefings: Draft progress reports, gather status updates, and participate in project kickoff and review meetings.
