Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination, administrative support, or workflow management within creative or digital teams.
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or Jira) and shared workspaces (Google Workspace/MS Office).
• Exceptional organizational habits, keen eye for detail, and a structured approach to multitasking under deadlines.
• Access to a high-performance computer setup and reliable high-speed internet for remote collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey task requirements clearly and maintain productive team rapport.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily tasks, track timelines, and update project management software.
• Coordinate communications between teams to resolve bottlenecks and clarify briefs.
• Organize project folders, store creative files, and maintain logs of milestones.
• Audit deliverables for client briefs, formatting guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Track schedules and deadlines, flag conflicts, and adjust timelines as needed.
