Job summary

Coda Search Staffing is recruiting a Project Coordinator to support a growing creative production team for a recognized real estate development company. This role will help manage projects from initial request through production, keeping deliverables, information, timelines, and communication organized across multiple teams and outside partners.

Fully remote role with potential to collaborate across internal teams and external production partners.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating projects in a professional setting.
• Experience using project management/workflow platforms (Airtable/Asana/Smartsheet).
• Ability to read technical drawings, plans, specifications, layouts or similar documents.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple creative projects through all production stages.
• Manage project intake, gather information and materials to begin production.
• Coordinate handoffs between internal teams and external partners.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and outstanding items; keep stakeholders informed.
• Communicate updates, questions, delays, and next steps professionally.
• Maintain accurate project data across PM tools and docs.
• Coordinate requests for assets and materials needed for projects.
• Review project information for accuracy before production.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.
• Support quality control and process improvements as the team grows.
