Job summary

Jack Henry seeks a results-driven Project Coordinator to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation while ensuring release readiness and quality.

You will work with customers, users, and internal teams to manage timelines, risks, and communications, support testing and deployment, and drive continuous improvement to deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project coordination, software support, software implementation, business analysis, or product management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and driving projects from planning through completion.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements across multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating cross-functional projects and software-related initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Managing project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and communications to support successful outcomes.
• Coordinating development, quality assurance, testing, release readiness, and implementation activities to ensure alignment with requirements and standards.
• Reviewing software defects, enhancement requests, and supporting documentation to identify impacts and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitating collaboration among customers, users, technical teams, and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitoring progress and communicating status, risks, issues, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Supporting pilot programs, testing initiatives, release validation, and readiness activities.
• Analyzing operational data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Developing and maintaining procedures, job aids, knowledge content, and communications for audiences.
