Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable plans. This is a remote position and candidates must live within ~70 miles of our Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Louisville, KY; Monett, MO; Overland Park, KS; or Springfield, MO offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in project coordination, software support, software implementation, business analysis, or product management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and driving projects from planning through completion.
• Ability to identify process improvements across multiple groups.
• Experience communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Must be able to work at night 3 times per year to support client installations.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
• Managing project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and communications.
• Coordinating development, quality assurance, testing, release readiness, and implementation activities.
• Reviewing software defects, enhancement requests, and supporting documentation.
• Facilitating collaboration among customers, users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress and communicating status, risks, issues, and recommendations.
• Supporting pilot programs, testing initiatives, release validation, and readiness activities.
• Analyzing operational data and trends to support decision-making.
• Developing and maintaining procedures, job aids, knowledge content, and communications.
• Identifying and supporting process improvements that increase efficiency and quality.
• May provide guidance to less experienced team members.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
