You will coordinate timelines, risks, dependencies, and communications to ensure successful outcomes and high-quality deliverables, while partnering with customers, users, and internal teams. Remote role within the United States with occasional travel and night shift coverage for client installations; you’ll help drive readiness,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience driving projects from planning through completion.
• Ability to identify process improvements across multiple groups.
• Experience communicating status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% and work at night for client installations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects and software initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and communications.
• Coordinate development, QA, testing, release readiness, and implementation.
• Review defects and enhancements to identify impacts and opportunities.
• Facilitate collaboration among customers, users, tech teams, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and communicate status, risks, and recommendations.
• Support pilot programs, testing initiatives, and readiness activities.
• Analyze operational data to support decisions and continuous improvement.
• Develop procedures, job aids, and communications for audiences.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and product readiness.
• May provide guidance to junior team members.
