Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination, software support, software implementation, business analysis, or product management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and driving projects from planning through completion.
• Ability to identify process improvements across multiple groups.
• Experience communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and communications.
• Coordinate development, quality assurance, testing, release readiness, and implementation activities.
• Review software defects, enhancement requests, and supporting documentation to identify impacts, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate collaboration among customers, users, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the product and project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and communicating status, risks, issues, and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders.
• Support pilot programs, testing initiatives, release validation, and other readiness activities.
• Analyze operational data and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Developing and maintaining procedures, knowledge content, and communications for internal and external audiences.
• Identifying and supporting process improvements that increase efficiency, product quality, and customer readiness.
• May provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
