NELSON Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Accountant to support project teams and Finance leadership. The role manages a high volume of invoicing, collaborating with Senior Project Accountants, Project Managers and Finance to ensure invoices are accurate and compliant with client contracts.

Using Deltek Vantagepoint and Tableau, you will help improve financial processes, forecast project profitability, and resolve billing challenges across the firm, enabling timely payments and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field strongly preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in a high-volume billing department or equivalent.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, Tableau, and MS Office preferred.
• Ability to manage invoices accurately against client contracts and project data.

Responsibilities

• Issue a high volume of invoices with accuracy in collaboration with Project Managers.
• Manage unbilled time and expenses to address aging balances.
• Support accounts receivable tracking and collections efforts.
• Train Project Managers in billing processes and assist with project onboarding.
