Bowman seeks a Project Accountant to join our team, ideally working remotely in the Central or Eastern time zone. The role focuses on project cost accounting, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration with operations and corporate accounting functions.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in accounting with 7+ years of corporate project accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and Deltek Vantagepoint exposure. CMA/CPA is preferred but not required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• CMA or CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Seven or more (7+) years of corporate project accounting experience preferred.
• Prior project accounting experience in architecture, engineering, and/or construction preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP.
• Knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint preferred, ERP system experience required.
• Must have AP full cycle exposure.
• Mergers and acquisitions experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Identify, research, and resolve project issues.
• Reconcile and analyze project cost reports for accurate, timely reporting.
• Provide account reports and collections support with the Regional Controller.
• Coordinate project billers and managers to ensure accuracy of project setups and procedures.
• Maintain client budgets, consultant budgets, scope, pricing, and change orders.
